The HOA will produce the certificate within 14 days from receipt of the request as required by the Virginia Property Owners' Association Act.

The cost for the Resale Certificate is $350 or $315 for electronic delivery in lieu of a hard copy.
The Resale Certificate fee must be paid by the seller when the certificate is requested (see form for details).
