Due Date: On or before the 15th of each month

Late Fee: $15.00

Returned Check Fee: $25.00


If paying through PayPal, include a service fee ($2.86 in addition to the $65.00 per month)


Payments may also be made using Zelle, directed to villasoftrentdale3hoa@yahoo.com. If paying through Zelle, a 1% service fee is assessed, resulting in a payment amount of $65.66 to pay one month's dues in full. Please include your account number and/or Villas III address with the payment.

The HOA will produce the certificate within 14 days from receipt of the request as required by the Virginia Property Owners' Association Act.

The cost for the Resale Certificate is $350, or $315 for electronic delivery in lieu of a hard copy.


The Resale Certificate fee must be paid by the seller when the certificate is requested (see form for details).
