The HOA will produce the resale certificate within 14 days from receipt of the request as required by the Virginia Property Owners' Association Act.

The cost for the Resale Certificate is $350, or $315 for electronic delivery in lieu of a hard copy.
The Resale Certificate fee must be paid by the seller when the certificate is requested (see form for details).
